THE PROJECT: “Trial Lawyers, That’s Who” media campaign

Our client, Esquire Bank—a specialist bank built by trial lawyers for attorneys—sought to show the value of their unique banking services through highlighting their clients that benefit most: plaintiffs lawyers at contingency fee law firms. Otherwise known as trial lawyers, we traveled across the country to shoot documentary-style videos of high-profile lawyers who’ve partnered with Esquire, also interviewing them for literary journalism stories.

WHAT I WROTE:

  • More than 10 literary journalism stories leveraging in-person interviews with high-profile trial attorneys at their law firms

  • Media placements and emails across myriad publications and services like the Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, Lawyer Monthly, and Spotify, among others

THE PROJECT: “Elephant in the Room”Deposit Solutions Campaign

Esquire also aimed to spotlight their Deposit Solutions, touting their convenience and ease over traditional, commercial banks. That’s how we landed with the main tagline: “Don’t let old-school checking be the elephant in the room. Let’s talk about a better way to bank for contingency fee law firms.” Part of this project was the naming of a new loan program targeting smaller law firms that seek to grow.
