That’s how I’d describe myself. Not that you asked, but sometimes we need to remind ourselves how awesome we are. Consider this your reminder.

I’m from a small town in north-central West Virginia where the pepperoni rolls are fresh, the accent is thick, and the culture is…charming. Growing up, I hid my very first journal in a secret compartment behind my underwear drawer. Since then, I’ve collected over 100 journals, all of which are empty, because computers exist. But it’s the spirit of the idea, I reckon.

I’ll spell it out for you: I like to write. Big words. Small words. Multisyllabic words. Imaginary words. They make sense to me—they always have. I love them so much that I have two degrees in words.

In my free time, I write poetry about flora and fauna and family and feminism. On the clock, I love concepting big ideas for brands that crave personality and attention to detail. I’ve found myself writing for biotech and pharmaceutical brands as of late, but don’t hold me to that!

Whatever comes next is just icing on the cake…because that usually means they need words. And I’m there to write them. ♡
